Our implementing activities are geared towards the career development of girls and women in science and technology.
Scientific Writing and Science Communication: Workshop for OWSD Post-graduate Fellows
ASSAf hosted a Regional Workshop on Scientific Writing and Science Communication for OWSD Fellowship Holders based in South Africa. The workshop took place at the CSIR ICC in Pretoria, Gauteng where 15 OWSD Post-graduate Fellows, along with some of their supervisors participated. Various scientific writing and science communication experts engaged with the fellows and the OWSD executive committee through practical exercises and stimulating presentations.
