This policy-makers’ booklet published in 2012 aims to provide information to policy-makers in sub-Saharan Africa on Inquiry-Based Science Education (IBSE), with a specific focus on the key role that IBSE can play in increasing the participation of girls in science and mathematics. This booklet was also launched in Zambia and Zimbabwe in 2012.
